Definition of Deliverance
Deliverance = Rescue or liberation: The act of being saved or freed from a difficult or threatening situation, such as captivity, slavery, or danger.

Key Message: After Deliverance – What Next?
Deliverance is not the end—it’s the beginning.

After deliverance, there is a space left behind.
That space must be filled—or else, evil can return.

How to Maintain Your Deliverance

  1. Fill the Empty Space
Prayer – Keep the fire of God burning. Demons cannot stand it.

Worship – It keeps you in fellowship with God.

Study and Meditate on the Word of God

Feed your spirit daily.

The Word helps you live righteously.

It leaves no room for evil thoughts.

  1. Stay Equipped
Put on the Full Armour of God (Ephesians 6:10–18)

Truth, righteousness, faith, salvation, the Word, and prayer are your spiritual weapons.

The truth must be revealed to your spirit.

  1. Stay in Fellowship
Belong to a church—you need a spiritual home.

Have a spiritual mentor to guide you.

Continue listening to teachings and preaching.

  1. Guard Your Environment
    Watch the conversations you entertain.

Be mindful of the people you associate with.

Maintain a peaceful and righteous environment.

  1. Live a Life of Faith
Continue trusting God—faith = total trust (No Plan B).

Confess scripture daily.

Pray for:

Protection

Guidance

Strength

Stay Vigilant and Alert
The devil will try to come back—even 7 times stronger (Matthew 12:43-45).

Be spiritually awake – Do not sleep spiritually.

Use your Bible actively—it’s your weapon.

Work out your salvation daily.

Final Reminders
A prayerful person is sensitive to the Spirit.

The enemy will return to check if the space is still empty.

Be active. Be alert. Be filled.
